Download Learning worked with the Surrey Force to develop Stop & Search training.
Prior to developing the Stop & Search Download module the training that Surrey delivered consisted of two days classroom training and an hour of traditional eLearning.
The Download module takes just one hours and contains all the cognitive input that the original course did.
The Download Stop & Search module has been deployed across the Surrey Force and is being rolled out across the Sussex Force with whom they have shared training services.
It will save 10,000 training days across then two forces.
Surrey are currently considering where next to use Download.
